I’ve been here for more than three years now and  and I’ve watched managers come and go some professional some abrasive and questionable but lately I’ve been noticing a positive change in our community that can’t go unnoticed, every time I’m out bowling around the park. It’s becoming a lot cleaner, a lot more organized and attractive, even the quality and the people who Rent space here it’s better. People like De sha Derickson And Josh, Are very professional and wonderful to exchange pleasantries with their people skills and knowledge strongly surpass what I’ve seen in the past In this park and I appreciate the steps you’re taking to raise the quality and security in our community. It's an awesome family oriented and pet friendly environment. Lived here for decades, close to Walmart and restaurants. Wash and dryer available as well. R.V.'s are always welcomed. Friendly management and staff and for sure the market value of rent beats the outside rental costs. All mobile home's has rules just like other mobile home residents, just follow it and there will be no problems at all. Very diverse community and everyone is welcomed. I was honestly nervous about moving in new spot by myself for the first but the experience has been amazing so far 10/10 recommend all of my expectations are lived up to i have no complaints its all by the grace of god with the help of Daneena Meyers she is Marvelous everything i ever brought to her attention was handled even when i dont bring anything to her attention she is there she makes my first time alone experience easy and im more than grateful for her.
