I just had the opportunity to meet Shannon and Krissy. They are the new management team for the Park.
Shannon is definitely the gal for the job. She is confident and has a get it done attitude. She will do well with the residents, both nice and not so nice. Krissy is nice and seems detailed oriented, which is what is needed as the District Manager.
It was soooooooo nice to see managers walking and noting issues that need to be addressed, as well as already addressing some things. It has been way too long since the park has had corporate management and park managers that “cared”. These two gals are a welcome breath of fresh air.

New management has been working to clean up the park. They will also be adding in a fence to help with the separation between lot lines.

Brandon the Regional Manager for Vallejo Mobile Home Community is amazing. He’s professional, helpful, dedicated and very resourceful! He made my clients transition into the park smooth and stress free. If you are looking for an awesome Regional manager look no further!
I’ve visited this park to look at potential rental lots. Super friendly staff & Excellent maintained property. Will definitely consider moving here!
Our new Property Manager, Shannon and Silver, our new Maintenance Manager, are by far the best I’ve experienced since I’ve lived here (approximately 5 yrs & several mgrs). The park has slowly been updated including street resurfacing, individual site clean up, and getting rid of some of the more unsavory visitors. I feel much better about being here and hoping they stay a long time to come and continue making this a better place. Thank you for your commitment and professionalism. I truly appreciate you!
