I had a wonderful experience touring the property with De’Sha! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took her time showing us around, answering questions, and making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the management team was friendly and welcoming. De’Sha’s attention to detail and genuine personality really stood out. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend connecting with her!

The management team is incredibly responsive and always keeps the grounds looking clean and well-maintained. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood where neighbors truly look out for one another. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to call home.

I’ve been here for more than three years now and and I’ve watched managers come and go some professional some abrasive and questionable but lately I’ve been noticing a positive change in our community that can’t go unnoticed, every time
I’m out bowling around the park. It’s becoming a lot cleaner, a lot more organized and attractive, even the quality and the people who Rent space here it’s better. People like De sha Derickson And Josh, Are very professional and wonderful to exchange pleasantries with their people skills and knowledge strongly surpass what I’ve seen in the past In this park and I appreciate the steps you’re taking to raise the quality and security in our community. Thank you and keep up the good work. We’re getting there.👍🏾

It's an awesome family oriented and pet friendly environment. Lived here for decades, close to Walmart and restaurants. Wash and dryer available as well. R.V.'s are always welcomed. Friendly management and staff and for sure the market value of rent beats the outside rental costs. All mobile home's has rules just like other mobile home residents, just follow it and there will be no problems at all. Very diverse community and everyone is welcomed. Come one...come all..your experiences will be phenomenal!! ❤️
